Daughter, Sister, Police Officer, Christ Warrior. These are the words we use to describe Leslie. Born July 9th, 1972, Leslie made the most of her time with us. Leslie was a 10 year veteran of the Fishers Police Department as well as a member of the Emergency Response Team (otherwise known as SWAT). Breast cancer took her life September 28th, 2009.
Leslie Anne's great passion as a police officer was combating human trafficking. Her desire was to advocate for and defend victims. Leslie Anne served the Fishers Police Department for 10 years as a patrol officer, ERT member, and FPD Special Investigations Unit representative on the IPATH (Indiana Protection for Abused Trafficked Humans) task force as an investigator. To help further Leslie's mission, the Leslie Anne Hulse Foundation, Inc. was formed.
Our mission is to serve victims of human trafficking and empower them to live in freedom.
We are driven by empathy of the human condition and compassion towards those being wronged. It stands by the Golden Rule and is faith-based.

New Ministry
The Leslie Anne Hulse Foundation Board convened for the final Board meeting on November 14th, 2020.
This year has been a very tough and unusual year for our Foundation, mainly due to COVID-19. While we were not able to conduct any fundraisers or host educational meetings about human trafficking, we did grant an additional scholarship to a survivor who is continuing her education in social work.
The Foundation received donations from several sources and we appreciate each and every one of you. Your donations help us when we receive applications from survivors who qualify for grants to further their educational opportunities.
We do have some preliminary plans for 2021 and hope the year will allow for more visibility and activity. January is an important month as it is Human Trafficking Awarenesss Month. There should be many opportunities for the public to learn about human trafficking, what it looks like in our state, country, and around the world. We will try to keep you posted about these opportunities on our website.
Thank you for your continued interest.
Pam Huebschman, President.

From our Board President, Pam Huebschman:
I have learned of a book recently made available written by Rebecca Bender called “In Pursuit of Love”. It is her life story of escaping being trafficked to being triumphant. This book may help you understand the sex trafficking going on in America. Click here to purchase this book.
